To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a 30-day money back guarantee. You may return the diamonds & diamond jewelry for a full refund or exchange within 30 days following the purchase date of your order.

Send an email to ps@djewels.org to obtain a return authorization number.

Secure your item and all of the original packing materials, including return form, packing slip, and the diamond certificate if appropriate.

Send the package by registered mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges Djewels will not be responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping back to company.

All transactions done via Djewels go through SSL (Secure Socket Layers). SSL is the industry standard method for computers to communicate securely without risk of data interception, manipulation, or recipient impersonation.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our company within 5 business days of receipt at 91-11-39510842. Please provide name, e-mail address, phone number, item number and order number from your original invoice provided with your shipment. The Djewels will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in shortest span of time. We will compensate the shipping charges if the item was damaged in shipping to customer.
